We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your heirloom-quality tools, so we make the exchange and return process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Package Securely
Place the unused cast iron items back in their original box with protective padding to ensure they arrive at our workshop without damage.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5 business days.
